What i did was take the seals out of the bearings completely and drilled and tapped the hub out and put a grease fitting in the hub so every time i grease the bushings i pump some in the bearings as...

Could be tune related too lean conditions cause heat ...
Think about the exhaust cracking problem could be the same result just in a different area

Turns out it was the piston broke two months at the dealer fixed it for free thanks to yamaha i will post some pics too

Try them both i went 15 gram weights first and rpms kinda high for me but every bike different my 30x10x14 bighorn 2.0 s weight 30 lbs each so my setup will differ for sure but im runnin purple...
Originally they did but it snapped off cause the engine vibration and it caused a crack to form around the muffler so i had to weld that too

I broke the one i bought and the one they replaced they added a bracket to help stiffen it up dont hook it up because it makes the exhaust too stiff and it will break at the muffler here are some...
On my wolverine r spec i am doing extreme sheave with 1.0 mm shim and not hitting the cage
