What i did was take the seals out of the bearings completely and drilled and tapped the hub out and put a grease fitting in the hub so every time i grease the bushings i pump some in the bearings as...

Could be tune related too lean conditions cause heat ...
Think about the exhaust cracking problem could be the same result just in a different area

Turns out it was the piston broke two months at the dealer fixed it for free thanks to yamaha i will post some pics too

Owm are made out of powdered metal and when u run bigger tires they break due to extra weight im running 30s on my wolverine right now and im tired of buying these cheap pos

And pull it out too check the ears on the fuse it can trick u sometimes and blow the ear off the fuse

Try them both i went 15 gram weights first and rpms kinda high for me but every bike different my 30x10x14 bighorn 2.0 s weight 30 lbs each so my setup will differ for sure but im runnin purple...

Originally they did but it snapped off cause the engine vibration and it caused a crack to form around the muffler so i had to weld that too

I broke the one i bought and the one they replaced they added a bracket to help stiffen it up dont hook it up because it makes the exhaust too stiff and it will break at the muffler here are some...

On my wolverine r spec i am doing extreme sheave with 1.0 mm shim and not hitting the cage
