Leave the stock wet clutch springs in. Just do the slugs. But secondary spring change is a good time to do the antifriction washers, spring clearance in the spring cups and give it a service so you'll be good for a while.

James has a very nice reliable setup for the 12s and 13s. Believe me, I know. No problems at all, and runs strong. I've had the cdi and bazzaz fuel controller on mine since one week after the purchase of my Rhino new in 2012. Over 3500 miles so far.

Hey Kevin, what part of Wyoming are you riding out of? There's a hot rod out of Cheyenne that runs Bilstein's on his 660 and I run Elka's on my 700. I know Scott runs his 660 hard with those Bilsteins and the Elka's are like riding on a cloud with the hammer down. I was patient and kept watch for a set of used shocks to show up and got mine used off a grandpa's bike. If you keep your eye out and search you can pick up some killer deals on the classic Rhino, as people start to undress their bike to sale them off for next new $$ ride.

Call "Ishock" they'll help you out, and usually have some of the better pricing, and great customer service.
