    Wish I knew how to post a video.
    But essentially the sheave moves freely until the midway point and feels like it binds after that and is difficult to open fully

    they will bind where the helix transition is when the grease hasnt been changed in a while ...it will free up with new grease after a bit

    Just so you know and in case toad is reading this ...4000k on one of your first Viking extreme sheaves and still looks mint with no belt wear.

    I built mine tonight and used it, I used a 2" threaded cap it was a little more beefy!
