I think he meant it will be shipped to him in 3 to 4 days and then he would ship it out to you. James is a busy man, he takes care of allot of people. his products go out the door quick and sometimes he cant get what he needs quick enough, he has no control over it.

I understand all of that, but don't tell me something if it is not true, it lowers the value of your words. When you are buying something that is highly dependent on the conversations you are having with the seller, then words are everything.

If I was told sorry kid, parts are back order it won't ship out for a couple weeks, well then I am informed and have nothing to say I choose to wait or not. If I am told 3-4 days, well as a consumer I tend to want to lean towards 3 days, and at 4 I am anxious, and every day after just makes me angrier and angrier. Maybe my way of thinking is shit, but it is what it is. I've lost confidence and I don't know how to get it back

pretty much. wow, I get wanting stuff quick, but come on man. I've talked to James twice on the phone, I cant say anything bad about him or his clutching. Good luck with the competition......

I have nothing bad to say about James either, I just don't like being told something when it's not true. James was great to deal with, as I told Nikki, next trip to the states I'll place an order. Quicker turn around time since I am international, I know I'm impatient as fuck, but if I was told from the start I'd be waiting over a month, then I'd have that as my timeline, being told 4 days, when Nikki says parts are back order and stuck at customs makes me feel lied to

You may feel lied to but I assure you whatever they said is truth. They have to wait on items too. International orders can cause delays also. So you'll be fully refunded. Nothing more can be done.

I was, but dont tell me everything was the truth, if it was shipped in the 3-4 day window we wouldn't be having this conversation, I'd be on here saying how impatient I am about the postal system, not here complaining about feeling lied to, again if when I asked I was told sorry kid, parts are back order, then fine, but tell me 3-4 days when it's closer to 10-14 is not cool.

Anyways I'll be placing my order again in a month when I hope all items are in stock
