New X4, fender flairs catching

Hello All, I bought a new X4 this year and have been having a blast!

See the picture, has anyone else been having this problem? I have now on both sides, it happens when I drop into a big mud hole that is tight on the side and I have to back up because im stuck going forward...

Also side note... I ordered a JBS extreme sheave kit from JBS, does anyone know how long it takes to make/shipt? I cant seem to get a response via email or catch anyone on the phone, (maybe they are on holidays! lol).

They ship as soon as they get the order

I added factory UTV skid and rock sliders and it fills in the gap better so it is less likely to catch the fender flares on anything. You can buy the rock sliders by themselves.

Ok great, I was hoping that was the case, it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything so I was wondering.
