Trying to get your same username?

For those of you trying to get your same username it can be done. You have to go through the process of resetting your password. It appears they migrated all the usernames over but of course they dont know our passwords so you have to go through the process of resetting it via your email. Takes a coupe min but is worth it if you want to keep your previous name.

nope it worked just fine. I work in IT so i kinda knew the steps i need to take and walked right through it no problem.

There was a link toward the bottom that directs you to the password reset. Did you remove that in favor of e-mailing everyone?

Worked fine the second time. I don't know what happened the first time, it wouldn't validate the "live person" test.
