I bought my rhino back in mid Nov of this year , and have plans to do several mods ,
first one was a cargo carrier for deer hunting , the second was bed rails to protect the
bed and my current one was a back tube bumper .
here is the specs :
4x4 angle 13 inches long , cut and trimmed
Bumper templet made out of ¼ inch plate steel
Bumper tubes 1 7/8 OD
Top tube length 47”
Bottom 37 ½ “
Used 3/8 carrage bolts to drill through the bed and mount
The bumper mount to bed .
Bumper mount used 3/8 grade 8 bolts to mount bumper
To bumper mount on the bed .
To bumper mount on the bed .
as I didn't want to weld it all up as a single unit , incase I ever wanted just to
remove the bumper .
on the dump bed it tilts over about 80% and the bottom tube sets on the
2 inch ball on the receiver .
