Normally I would too but with this winter I'm using a bit more. I have a Woodmaster 4400 Outdoor wood burner.

wow , I only go through about 3 cords a winter you guys must heat more area nice wood though , I love locust just make a lot of creasote

I'm probably using just a bit more then 3 cords probably around 4 to 41/2. My house is a very open floor plan.

me also mine is a chalet style kitchen, living rm, dining rm all open with 18' ceiling w/ loft has been a cold winter
