Thanks, I will post progress. When it's 10 below the heater needs to work at idle. I ran across an ad for a inline pump that was on a cab manufacturer site or utv accessorie site but can not find it.

Is the pump mounted before or after the y going to the heater? I can not tell. I want to due the same thing to my viking.

Drilled 8 or 9 half inch holes in converter, the spark arrester is also gone. It takes a super long drill bit to reach the converter.

I will try to get some video/sound. It maybe a day or two.

This exhaust quiets machine 10 decibels at idle. The Viking will still do 50 plus mph with a load and 30" tires.
