Still Alive...
Go to Trails End. They are having Trace Adkins this weekend. I've never heard of those others acts.
I sell Pro Armor harnesses in 2", 3" and 4 or 5pt. I sell cheap. Let me know what you want and I'll get you a quote ASAP.
Yep. Best way right there. I have 2600mi on the stock belt in my XP900. I use low anytime I'm not cruising on smooth ground.
I sell Pro Armor (and a bunch of other stuff) and can get you a pair of 3" for $190. I'm located in Wartburg.
It's not that expensive compared to the factory lubricants. It's cheap when you consider how much a motor rebuild would cost.
Sheave kit and CDI. JBS clutch was the single best mod I did to my Rhino.
I used Damplifier and Sprectrum from Second Skin Audio. It was cheaper than Dynamat and worked really well.
And the wheel travel of the 60" machine.
It won't beat the 60" RZR for sure. Beats the other two hands down though.
Those are Polaris lock and ride clamps

If you didn't get an MR10 coated windshield, return your plastic for one. You'll have scratched up piece before...
130hp, 18" wheel travel, and 64" wide and I will buy one. Until then, I'm sticking with my 900XP
I think the front is 6202
Replace the bushings or your mounts will become egg shaped and require welding to fix
I haven't had any non expected trouble from my RZR with 2200 miles now. One set of front brakes, one set of bearings all around, one set of front a-arm bushings. In the same mileage my Rhino needed...
Polaris' rear trans has some Chinese bearings near the top that fail from lack of lubrication, so you need to overfill to be sure they get oiled good. If you put too much, it'll just vent, I...
Front and rear diff/transaxle will have an 8mm recessed allen head. Engine oil will have a 6mm. Transaxle drain is further back than engine drain. Lift the rear of the rzr to add more oil to...
I do. Just make sure you carry some spare parts and are up to date on your maintenance.

Gave them away.

I set my shocks up to be in the middle of their travel and adjust compression and rebound to my liking. Turn the adjuster clockwise (looking from the bottom) should lift the machine up and make the...
JBS' sheave was the best mod I ever did to my Rhino.
These guards are a little scratched but are still in great shape. They fit the front lower a arms on all RZR XP 900's. $115 plus actual shipping. Here they are on the mfg's page. Factory UTV...
Radials take more air pressure than your bias 489's needed. I run 13psi all around on my 27x9 and 27x11 tires
