Just so you know and in case toad is reading this ...4000k on one of your first Viking extreme sheaves and still looks mint with no belt wear.

But essentially the sheave moves freely until the midway point and feels like it binds after that and is difficult to open fully...

However it doesn't seem like my secondary moves freely. Wants to stop before maxing out on the pins. Should it not move all the way up and down on those pins?

Thanks James got er off new grease in secondary. Binds when traveling up and down now must've been why I had to force it so much to get the nut off.
