Just so you know and in case toad is reading this ...4000k on one of your first Viking extreme sheaves and still looks mint with no belt wear.

Wish I knew how to post a video.
But essentially the sheave moves freely until the midway point and feels like it binds after that and is difficult to open fully...

This is with the collar removed and cleaned and greased

However it doesn't seem like my secondary moves freely. Wants to stop before maxing out on the pins. Should it not move all the way up and down on those pins?

Thanks James got er off new grease in secondary. Binds when traveling up and down now must've been why I had to force it so much to get the nut off.

For the life of me i cannot get the secondary spring nut to crack and I'm even using a spring compressor. It appears the spring collar is bent now too. Anyone had this issue before?

Never used to slug out but I just serviced the primary not to long ago as well

Any of you have problems turning em in tight trails and mud?
Feels like something's wrong right off the bottom end of things.
After 5 km per hour it seems to do fine though ...

Anyone have any problems with their 4wd system?

Yesterday I went to switch into 2wd from 4wd and it decided to go into diff lock? Worst part is it never engaged and the diff lock kept blinking.
