1700 miles. My guess is previous owner(s) didn't properly grease the primary.

Think I found most of the problem. Assuming when the engine is not running the belt should be at the top of the secondary and at the bottom of the primary. It's not even close to that. So...
i'm going to disassemble the primary after work and post up the pictures.
I have slipped the belt and smelled it in my arctic wildcat sport sxs but I was in a major bind on some big boulders. I don't see or smell any belt slippage with the rhino.
No just whenever the vehicle is met with some resistance. Even on flat asphalt it's sluggish off the line.
