The pull plunger was in the plastic bag.
The Rhino choke cable hooks to it.
Here's a better picture along with some extra jets that go with it....

If you pull the center console off and it stops doing it, check the throttle cable for being pinched some where.
A vacuum leak will also cause the rpm to increase.

Rear door height can be an issue especially with some bigger tires and a light bar.

It seems the slugs for the wet clutches are a little loose fitting, not sure why they can't make them fit better. It can't be good having them rattling around in there.
Someone, will chime in...
