    Rear Driveshaft

My buddy had a rear end problem on his 13 wildcat and after tearing it apart he found the splines on the driveshaft are gone. He is saying that the splines are dry, no grease or anything. Anyone else seen this or know wether or not there should be grease? I feel like it should greased and am thinking about pulling mine apart and checking it, got about a 500 mile trip next week and don't want to have problems.

I would apply a coating of grease on them when I install the new one. If nothing else it will help them go together easier.

I have had to replace a few times and everytime I put it together I put a bunch on green grease on it.
