    I will never forget the look on Nikki's face when that thing backfired. I think she thought something went terribly wrong. LOL

    Good video! Hump he didn't use Yamaha coolant.....thats gonna cost you a few horsepower.

    I like it when James does a video though. You can learn a lot from him.

    i tried it my way last year till james straightened me out forget all you know about bleeding and do it his way trust me
    2013 camo 700 jbs sheave,purple spring,2" lift 27" big horns heater,horn stereo,alum roof,warn winch,windshield front and rear snow plow,dyntec,JBS rad and rear mud guards rzr seats with 4 pt harnesses power steering txs to james and nikki and a long list of wants----- my first quad was a 230 timberjack

    I watched the vid and did this on my 06 660 after installing a heater. But Im not totally sure about the screw on the water pump. Im assuming the screw I marked in the pic below is the one on the pump. Is that right?

    I was surprised only getting liquid out of both screws after removing the hot side radiator hose and adding new hoses for the heater - although I did run it and refill a few times before it occurred to me to bleed.
