Slugging the Wet Clutch

Here is a good thread that graphically shows the differences between stock and Chinese aftermarket wet clutch shoes:

05RHINO: You might want to visually compare the photos to what you have in hand from EPI. You should be able to spot the same "rough" appearance if they are the same Chinese parts.

I wouldn't use that clutch nor the springs, you'll end up spending way more than you save by using it.

I sucked it up and ordered an o.e clutch, slug kit,machined sheave, and an o.e belt from jbs this afternoon.

I don't remember if you had pulled your wet clutch out or not but unlike the 700s, the 660 has regular right hand threads.
