    HAHAHA! Still haven't been able to talk the wife 100% into the ride yet, she isn't wanting to spend the $. But I haven't given up either!!

    The other brisket turned out better, but still over cooked. Going to feed the in-laws today and take the other one to work tomorrow. Probably cook a big ass pot of beans to go along with it.

    I'm feeding the office tomorrow, 42 of them with one of the briskets. The boss' wife is bringing the 20 lbs of deer sausage to go with the brisket. I'm making the beans right now but they are getting store bought potato salad!!!

    Looks tasty, robleticia. I'd like and come and compete, love the blue smoke and do a lot of it. Here's my last butcher brisket, cut the tip off and make burnt ends with it.
