WTB harness bar and doors

Looking for a deal on a harness bar with or without harnesses and doors for a 700.

In need of a right rear fender as well

Don't have one for sell, made my own, but by all that, sounds like you wrecked and want some harnesses now. Hope all is well and welcome to the forum.

Do you weld or have a buddy that can weld-stick or wire not hard to do. I will do you a sketch and email it to you. Four point harnesses will go into your factory bolts but a five point, like a large contingent on here like, will take an extra bolt or bracket.
If you are close to Nashville, bring the materials and I will fab and weld it up for you. Its a fun little project.
The quarter doors are free from Yamaha. Even if you had them before, the sticker in center of my dash says that Yamaha will replace them if damaged. Don't hurt to ask.

Yes I can weld and a sketch would be great. I have the 1/4 doors now but want something a little bit higher for when my daughter rides with me.

I was not in a wreck, just thinking ahead and my fender is cracked bad by light due to a damn tree in my way. Lol

I made my harness bar out of 2" pipe (heavy handrail material) from work. I tacked some pipes to our welding table, the diameter of the radius I wanted in the bend of the harness bar, tacked a cap on one end, packed the pipe real tight full of sandblasting sand, tacked a cap on the other end, heated it up real good and bent it in the fixture I had on the welding table. The packed sand keeps the pipe from kinking when you bend it, unless you have access to a pipe bender that will handle medium wall pipe. Cut the caps off, coped the ends, smoothed them up and mig welded them on. I then decided to weld a 1/2" grade 8 bolt to the pipe behind each seat area to attach the metal anchor brackets that come with the harnesses. I think most guys toss the brackets and loop the harness around the pipe. I went my route because it doesn't chafe the webbing on the pipe as you get bounced around as the harnesses are always moving with your shoulders. I'll try to find some pics. Just my $.02
