The wife was driving the teryx the other day and hit a big hole in the waterway and broke the inner tie rod. Kawasaki does not offer a inner tie rod only a complete rack. Found this moog page with different size inner tie rods and tread pitches. http://www.moog-suspension-parts.com...r_tie_rods.asp
Decided to order moog ev257 which is 11.5 inches long. Wasn't sure how they measured it and it turned out to 1/2" to long.
Cut off 1/2" of threads and the thread length and the tie rod was the same length as the old one. Reinstalled the original outer tie rod and and put the old boot back on. Works perfect.
