I'm going by the simple approach from the 660 Rhino. This annotated wiring diagram is from the 2002 Grizzly, so I am imagining it is the same as the 2000 model.

There will be a thermo-switch screwed into the radiator and you will be putting this manual switch across that switch. Look for the dark grey connector with the 2 wires of the colors shown below. You can splice into the wires on either side of that connector. The existing thermo-switch will work as normal when your bypass switch is off. When you turn the bypass switch on, the fan will get power and run, no matter what the thermo-switch is doing. I'm assuming that the fan is working and comes on automatically when the machine is getting hot? If not, there will be some troubleshooting that you will need to do and this new switch will make that a little easier to do.

You will need a SPST switch rated at least 15 Amps. Ideally, wire it in with 14 gauge wire. 16 gauge minimum would probably be workable. Hopefully, you can work with this wiring diagram?
