Here's a 1st for speed for Bluebanger.
As many of you know, I've been pushin 29.5" Terminators for 8 months or so. In that time, I've put some miles on the rig. To be clear, not Road Warrior WVA miles, but around 500 miles (50% of that mountain miles).
At the fall ride we were looking for a connecting trail from asphalt and missed our turn. So we accidently covered a lot of road. Thing is, I have never been able to floor the skinny pedal for an extended period of time until then. Long story short, I hit 59MPH going down hill. Then I hit level pavement and sustained 57 MPH; with 29.5" terms.
Wonder why?
PS. I don't care about speed as long as I can keep up with the other rigs. But I think 57 MPH with big, heavy terms is impressive. LOL It's a Viking! It has to be the sheave.

That guy over at JBS makes some bad ass clutches. My teryx would hit 63 mph with 30's before I put my portals on.
