Im thinking so from the name, if its for real. In the pic I linked, the only thing you can see is that it appears to have leds above the headlights and they're close together.

I thought that there was something limiting the size of motor they could go as well, but I thought it was to still be classified as an offroad vehicle or something similar so they didn't have to meet the same mpg, emission standards, ect of cars.
