    "Fire" Light Bar Harness

My 12" Double row LED light bar quit working the other day. Since I was heading home from camp in the day light it was no big deal.
Once home I tried the simple fix 1st ... checked the fuse. It was good. (way too good but I failed to notice 30 AMP vs. 3.0 amp)
Installed a new dash switch... not the answer either.
Darkness came and I left the Rhino on the drive outside my garage. The next day I found the wiring harness melted down into the winch wiring harness. I had them both bundled together under the hood above the steering wheel shaft. (another mistake made).
I found that water had dripped down the wiring harness and into the 4-pole relay mounted inside the battery box shorting it out. I was lucky the Rhino never caught fire... and real happy I never parked it inside the garage attached to my house.
Learn from the mistakes of others.... water proof the 4-pole relay and check your fuse for proper rating.
