Completed Arms. I added the cross brace for additional support.

After I powder coated them in my makeshift oven

Pockets cut and welded in the frame so the heim's would fit. I split some 2" id DOM to make the pockets and then cut the frame out with the Plasma cutter and die cutter to finish it up. Hard place to get to.

Mounted. Note the stock "A" arms use a single thru bolt so I welded in tabs to use separate bolts on the top Heims.

This project was from last season. I will say I have had my share of issues with the Ballistic Uniballs. I thought the size would make up for the fact that they are open to the elements however the Bronze seats wear out just as quick as the smaller 1" uniballs. The only advantage is they are adjustable. Ballistic sent me some Chromoly seats to try in lieu of the Bronze alloy style. I tried to use a cv joint boot to cover the top however I would have to go to a 14" rim to not rub on them.

Very nice mod! Those parts should last a while in a SXS.lol Who's LT kit was it to begin with?
That is a way better design than their 1st gen joint.Or are they made that way just because it's a Uniball model
