    When I was having this problem with the original cream colored weights I did not have snorkels. When I put the snorkels on I upgraded to the new grey colored ones. Also my snorkels have a 3 inch inline fan.

    So I am useless as far as Yamaha clutches go but my Teryx 4 is snorkeled. I have the Razorback infrared belt temp gauge and a 3" attwood fan and snorkels really raise temps. I'm thinking about going from 2" to 2.5 to try and get more air in.

    Looks like heat or under greased. Under greased will become more of an attractant and less of a lubricant.
