    dynatek fusion

hey james i was wondering if i got a cdi from y'all if it would still work properly on my viking because when i first got my viking it was running really lean so the dealer went into the computer somehow and adjusted the co setting witch is a fuel setting to 10 and stock is 0. so if i got a cdi with your map would it still work r would it actually be running a little richer than the map because of the co adjustment? thanks.

It will be fine..if yours was leaner than most and he added fuel then he just just got you back close to what most are at

you can add or take away timing separately at any rpm..when it fires has alot to do with the hp it makes

i read online about ignition timing and it sounds like when you add timing it makes it fire when the piston is starting to go down so that it has more compression when it is going down to make more power? it sounds like it can really help on the low end. so if i do decide to get a cdi from yall would you already have a map for me with the timing adjusted for more low end power? i have a jbs sheave kit 17 gram weights, purple spring, .75 shim. and i also have a uni filter and a 2r race tip.

The plug fires so many degress before top dead center "BTDC" for optimum power, firing after TDC and you will lose power, firing to soon is also bad. a variable electronic timing setup like on modern vehicles is the best, this is where all the sensors come into play to tell the injectors how much fuel to put into the engine and when to fire the plugs for optimum power.
