I have been thinking more about the Wolverine X2 now that we know what the X4 features are. It's clear that Yamaha is going after the Teryx 4 and the Pioneer 5 with this model so following that line of thinking...
Teryx 2 and Pioneer-3 both have dump beds, so it is possible the Wolverine X2 could have it.

I see just what you and James are saying customization out the wazoo. That dump bed thing would be great also,not just for unloading material. But that is one thing I will miss when cleaning mud out,the flip up hood on the rhino is also good for that to.But we can't have every thing.

I personally don't like dump beds except for the access they allow. I would like to see removable front and rear body sections. The X4 does have a panel to access the engine, that's a great feature.

There is one thing I have not seen offered on the X4 that I have seen on every utility atv and utv Yamaha has ever made.

The dump bed on the pioneer 5 is the reason the roll cage is outboard in the rear, which I don't really like but all machines will have something we don't like. Mainly the price, their weight is also getting up there.

But they do have the Viking that kinda' fills that gap if you want/need a dump bed. The main thing the Viking is lacking for trail use is power, so if it gets the new engine it would be more competitive on the trail.
