Polaris is knocking $1500 off the price of the RZR XP 1000 EPS. The 2017 model cost $19,499, but the 2018 model costs $17,999.
The RZR XP 4 1000 EPS went from $22,299 to $20,499 for 2018. Neither one is missing any of the performance hardware of last year’s models. They still have a natural aspirated, 999cc, DOHC, 8-valve, twin-cylinder engine pumping out 110 horsepower. These 64-inch wide machines have 16 inches of front suspension travel from 2-inch Walker Evans piggyback shocks with adjustable compression. Trailing-arm rear suspension has 18 inches of travel from 2.5 inch Walker Evans compression adjustable piggyback shocks.

The 900S is still the better buy.....less issues with the engine. Fun machine for sure, I just dont want to get into issues....so I stay with Yamaha....
