Wolverine intake issues

Supposed to be 2.. when they both come out the screen moves and the screws go to the inside... mine was on the inside of the screen towards the throttle body

So where does the screw stop if it gets sucked in the motor?

Looks like one of mine got sucked through the throttle body hit the top of the valve the valve shot it back up in the head above the valve and made a mark so I'm going to have to pull the head off and see if there is valve damage.... going to do a leak down test first though

This thing bugged me and I went back and looked at my filter. Keep in mind I bought my Wolv used with 700 miles and I know it was serviced at least twice and filter is not too dirty now. It had two small self threading screws in the end cover that could not tighten up very well so I replaced them. But they are on the outside of the filter where they should be, no screws on inside of the filter.
James I have a bore scope and if you want me to send it to you to look inside the motor just let me know. It has been a while since I used it and I will need to check if it will go in our sparkplug hole if you want to look inside the cylinder before pulling it apart.

need to pull mine back off and check it, I just replaced the filter on mine right before James did his

mine was on backwards. James oils them til they drip and wrings them out

I did not have enough oil on mine and it had dust in the intake
