I got a buddy who's gonna bring me a inch and 16th tomorrow. Then that will leave just the secondary spring nut. I'll order my parts up next week and hopefully next weekend it will be back together. That dang secondary was a pain in the neck to get out.

    Good on the socket.

Yeah. The secondary is a pain. It’s worse getting on than off. That’s why I say it’s worth the while to make the bar removable like in the link I posted.

    Here’s how I did mine:

That's awesome! Wonder why they didn't make that bar removable like that from the factory? It would've made more sense.

Yeah. It makes the job a lot easier. I got the idea from madmax who’s another guy on this forum. The 700 rhinos come with that bar removable from the factory.

Regarding the secondary: If you don’t make the bar removable, you might be able to make a little room by wrapping a ratchet strap around the motor and pulling a little towards the passenger side OR taking the palm of your left hand and jolting the motor toward the passenger side while getting it on the shaft with with your right hand - that’s how James at jbs does it on his videos - still a pain in the ass tho.

James that's his name. Yea I used a ratchet strap to pull it towards the passenger side and still had trouble getting it off. I'm sure it's not gonna be easy going back on. Good thing is I won't be messing with it much in the future thankfully.

Well after a couple of hours I got it together enough I could run it and see what she had it hits 22 mph pretty quick but after that it I’ve still got my old belt on there I’m wondering if the belt is wore pretty bad?
