MAP sensor reading low at WOT

Did some logging with my MSD and noticed the manifold pressure at full throttle is only ~73 kPa. See graph where TPS is 100%. For an NA engine, the MAP at WOT should be close to atmospheric (~100 kPa). I thought maybe there might be an intake restriction, so I removed the stock airbox lid and filter and saw no improvement.

I'm wondering if this is normal for a Rhino 700, or if maybe I need a bigger throttle body. I wish I had some stock logs to compare to but I don't. Could a stage 2 cam and RW exhaust really flow enough to create a restriction on the intake side? Anybody ever log MAP and see the same thing?
