its so thin in some places you can see through it and if you look around the outside edge its not sticking very good...been a paint man a long time and know what something looks like when its stuck good and this aint it!!..in the third pic you can see what looks like alum shining through after only minutes of running..Not riding!!.there is a vid on facebook to see for yourself in the rhino group..i have made quite a few vids in the last few weeks on what performs better ODs vs round weights..uphill vids with both and downhill vids with both...i can shit in a box and spray a special coating on it and it will make it all good...lol..im working on some coatings and treatments to see what is best and then it will come on a quality sheave to make it even better but we will start with a quality sheave first!!!

if anybody has any close ups pic of his sheave on the inside where the weights go please post them..wanna see the outside milling for top end better

Over milling to make the ratio lower than it should be and it won't last long term

Was that set up running a shim ?
