    Newby to quads

I recently purchased a 2018 Kodiak 700 EPS SE, (my first quad after many years of ATC three wheelers) and found this site thanks to doing research for hot rod parts for it.
I rode it a mile and took it apart to install a street legal kit. Just got it back together and can't wait to get it to the mountains.

Welcome to the forum! We don't get many atv posts these days but we all still like our atv's. What's the difference in a Kodiak and a Grizzly? JBS has an awesome clutch for it if you decide you want more performance.

When I went to the dealership I had a Grizzly in my sites, but after sitting on both the Kodiak was a clear winner as far as fitting me most comfortably. They're almost identical but with the Grizzly having 26" tires instead of 25" ones. The seat was a little too wide for me near the tank on the Grizzly, and the Kodiak felt seamless. The Kodiak has much heavier weights in the sheave but since they can be changed that didn't bother me a bit.

I ordered a nice stack of clutch goodies from JBS earlier today along with a PCV. Can't wait!
