You won't have any sheave warranty with me running hunterworks weights in it because it don't work right ... most people get them installed right and get the performance there supposed too

Wow, amazing how its overgreased or weights are in wrong. Glad your willing to look at pics but to go right to wrong install after I mentioned it's been apart 4 times. Changed the spring back to stock etc., mentioned stock setup has been put back in and was working just fine. I would think this would elude to some mechanical ability enough to install the weights properly. I have read horror stories about JBS and how it is always something or someone else's fault, and was advised many times to stay away. But there is equally as many positives.

I can say I have no real issues with the product other than your above comment. Maybe say yes the weights could be a bit light and maybe a lighter spring with zillas is what is needed. But nope go right to the wrong install. As anyone else across multiple forums and facebook pages has said just that, it is a spring and weight issue really a very simple fix.
I have spent enough time tearing it apart and I have already spent money getting the correct weights so at this point I appreciate it but I am all set.

I think your product is fine, but your interaction and customer service could certainly be improved and you would get even more business than you have already. I could have spread the word, however I certainly can't say positives about the customer service side of things.

Funny how shit works, I started and run one of the largest Harley Davidson groups on Facebook with members globally at over 10k members. A bunch of us have other toys. So I will be sharing the screenshots of this exchange to the group so they know who to avoid if looking for customer service.

Ok great I did not know there was any warranty with it anyway, this is the first mention of said warranty.

Grizz chill dude and work with James and he will get it figured out. I don't think his response was ment to be personal it was just his first thoughts on what could be wrong. These things aren't an exact science. Many variables. Tire size previous mods and drivers expectations based on different riding styles. I hope you get it figured out and hope you allow James to help you figure it out.

    honestly good luck sir.
