If you have not already thought of this in your testing. The biggest windup in the drive train comes when making sharp turns in 4WD. A few no spinning cookies (on pavement?) may be the harshest test that you could do.

Thanks for the cut-away picture of the Yamaha front driveshaft. There were a few times I slipped the torque limiter on my Rhino 700 while running 30" Bighorns. I always wondered what was inside the flared portion of the shaft. We appreciate your testing and sharing.
