How to rotate the crankshaft manually?

I noticed that the flat spot on the shaft (where the flange on the wet clutch nut is swaged into) is at about the 630-700 oclock postition... I dont think Id be able to get tools in there to get it swaged in its current position. The wet clutch is getting replaced and old one is already out so the motor has no oil so wondering if theres a way to do it by hand?

If you remove the spark plug(s) the lack of compression will allow you to turn the engine over much easier.
Always turn it in the normal rotational direction and not backwards.
