    What springs?

Let's talk spring rates. I have searched the web until I can't stand to look at the screen anymore. Everything I've read has just got me more confused than I already was. My Sport shocks still seem to be working really good, but over time the springs have sagged and I've cranked them up a few times. I'm wanting to put new ones on the shocks I have now for the time being, but I have no idea what I'm looking for. I want something a little more stiff than these were brand new, but not so hard that they ride like a brick.

Does anyone know the factory spring rate of the sport resi shocks?

Those that have ran aftermarket shocks on your rhino, what spring rates do you run?

This thing looks like everything is good setting there, but it just does not carry weight like it used to. It loses a lot of ride height when 2 people get in it.

I really don't see myself spending the money for elkas. Would just sell it and get out, or maybe trade it if I was really wanting to keep riding. I think my shocks are ok, but these springs are like a set of 80 year old tits.

You do not haul all the shit that I do so , I would say 450-475's would prob work well for you . I was running 525# on the rhino , and have either 450 or 475 on the kawi ...not for sure on them ...Chris had them laying in his garage , so they were "free" . They made a heck of a difference...the ones that came on it were only 275's !

I can't imagine that the spring rates would be that different from what BanditUTV has listed on their Rhino shocks...

For their trail series, it says 320lb Progressive front, and 375lb linear rear.

For their Series 46 (piggy backs), they have 320 progressive front, and 350 linear rear.

Might be worth a call to Bandit to see if they have any suggestions.

Yamaha springs have a odd ball size and we will have to make spring cups for them to fit

Must be a really odd size for the sport shocks. All I see anywhere are springs for the regular shocks that will not fit the sports. I may just hang out until these are unbearable and go with a set of Bandits. Looks like a nice price on those compared to others.

Maybe do some springs, then later when the shocks are gone, I may get them rebuilt somewhere.
