Looks good but that seems like too much grease to me, i could b wrong

Ok thanks for the input, We'll see if any others think its an issue. How much is too much I wonder.. the only thing I did different was put a light coat in between the the areas that the cam plate slides in / out on. If its too much is it possible to run it on jack a lil to cycle it then get some out after without removing the cover?

That’s a little more grease than I used too. Somewhere between what you got and this pic of mine. James uses more than me. So yours maybe ok.

How the f**k did u get that grease in there so neatly lol? Well lacking any more input I ran it in neutral a bit then pulled the cage and looked in the cover of the primary.... the grease was distributed thru the circumfrence of the inside of the sheave evenly didnt seem excessive and looked similiar to the one I took out.

You already have it together, so try what you have. That amount of grease may be ok. If it is, it is the most you would want to run in it.
