    Belt Issues

Hey guys! I have an issue I have been trying to diagnosis for a while now. My old Teryx did it and now I am experiencing it with my new one. I currently have a 2016 Teryx 4 with Superatv 6" lift, 4" portals, and JBS work on my clutch. I run either 32" intimidators or 36" terminators. (I also have a '14 clutch and secondary that I run when going to mud parks) My old machine was a 2012 Teryx 4. First let me say that my machine is a beast for slow mudding or crawling. The issue I am having is that my belt will overheat and start to separate if I drive at high speeds for any length of time. I have attached some pictures of the belt I replaced today. I usually have the belt break before I know it has separated, but I caught this one in times so basically I am asking if this is normal or is there an issue that I can fix? Thanks again for all you guys help.

    Danny

James, do you think it is the clutch that is the problem? The reason I ask, is because it seems to do it no matter which clutch I use.

16 clutch has the red spring. I will have to look at the 14 clutch to see what spring. Do you think the STM Motorsports CVT blower would help?
