    RHINO 660 Valve adjustment

Anyone know where I can find a step by step for adjusting valves on a 2007 660? I had a pdf once but seems to have lost it.

    thanks

Get it on top dead center then adjust intakes and exhaust while it's on top dead center

Be aware that there are 2 TDCs for every 4 stroke cycle. You want to take it to the TDC where BOTH valves are fully closed. This is where both rocker arms are both loose. Take both valve access covers off before you turn the crankshaft and both rocker arms should be free to rattle around a bit when you wiggle them. Adjust the clearances such that you have the specified gap between each rocker arm and its valve stem.

Good point, this is not all that obvious.
