3100 miles for me, I think in the US the part is covered until January 2020,

In canada it was 30 months after the unit was put on the road

ok, so I broke the exhaust manifold bolt on the lower side, there is no good angle to be able to drill it out, I've tried drilling, welding, cutting a slot, heating...

my question is on the manifold there are 4 bolts, 2 used already, I am wondering if on the new exhaust if the flange rotates so I can use the 2 others that are left

    replacement?

I know Yamaha will cover this under warranty, but is the replacement any different/better?

Suprised someone....cough cough JAMES, hasn't made an improved version to use with the factory muffler.

I've seen how the HMF also break, and the barkers brothers dual exhaust is expensive and loud from what ive read, but that looks like the best alternative right now, plus I love how the duals go out the back.

the replacement pipe is thicker and has different springs
