New to Rhino clutching!!!!Help for best set up

Im new to this Groupe and new to Rhino. i purchased a 2009 700. it has dynatec ecm. i installed a 3'' lift kit with 27'' mudzilla's.
My question : whats the best clutch set up to turn them 27's. i do allot of mudding and allot of trailing. so i need bottom end torque and dont want to lose top speed but gain some. i was thinking to get the sheaved machined to get more top end ...while im in there i could change the spring and weights. anyone here could tell me my best set up for what i have??? thank in advance.
