Traded up to the x2...but missing my 700 wolvie

Well i finally did it...i traded my 700 custom built wolvie for a wolvie x2 se! I love the power of the x2! I've been so busy getting the cab, heater, stereo, winch and all the little doodads on my new machine that i havent been on the forum for like a month! But as much as i'm diggin the new x2, i really miss my 700 and all the mods that i did to it...mostly the roll cage!!! Attached is pics of what i got rid of and just the start of my new...Click image for larger version.

Get the ECM for the wolverine and you will really love it. It is a really good machine for carving the woods and working

That what i'm gonna do...but i'm gonna wait till we move to wv in march then have james at jbs do my clutch as well as the ecm! Tell you what though, i was very impressed on how well the x2 handle the 30s i put on it... Now all i need to do is build a minor lift kit for it! All i can find is a 3.5" and there is no way i'm goin that far...i'm thinkin a inch or so, i barely rub at full lock now!

Ditch the lift idea and get the JBS Springs. You get lift and a better ride that way.

That 3.5" lift kit has been the topic of much controversy. The Spring spacers are not a good long term solution for the ride. The JBS springs have been a great investment (to the point that I have 2 different sets: 1-OEM X4, 1-X4 w/X2 R-Spec Shocks). I would suggest talking with James about the springs on your shocks and doing some playing with the settings. I know that on the X4, the rear section of the frame limits tire size, while the X2 doesn't seem to share the same limitations. I don't think you really could go wrong with the JBS Springs on your X2 as the solution to your issue.

Yeah, gonna talk to james before i build a lift! I believe eibach makes his springs? If so, i'm good to go on his springs

That is who James specs his springs through. Eibach is the standard to judge others by.

Man that 700 was sharp but I think you'll like the x2 once you work your magic.
