Dr pulley weights

Doing some preventative maintenance. About 2k miles on these weights. Do they need to be replaced?

I don't mind replacing them if needed just don't want to if the new ones would look the same after one ride *

Edit: this weight is the only one the insert seems to have shifted slightly and rubbed
