need advise

i am sorry..this subject is like beating a dead horse into the ground…for this i apologize…i have a massimo 2013 msu 700-5 4 seater sxs…i have 27 inch tires..i live in south ga. i ride mostly trail and dirts rds every now and then a mud hole…i am looking to gain some bottom end and would like to gain more speed if possible….looking at wet slugs , and clutch weights and secondary spring…any recomendations would be much appreciated…every thing is stock except tires. with gps top out at 37
