700 fi engine missing at 24 mph

    Hi,
Haven't posted in years, but last year when riding my 2008 rhino it ran like a champ. This year getting ready to go out and engine starts right up runs good till it hits 24 mph and then starts missing?
Any help as to where to start to look for the problem would be appreciated.
    Thanks, Larry (joaquin)

sounds like it's hitting the rev limiter? do you run an aftermarket cdi? could a clutch weight have flopped over?

    Thanks Timmi,

Also wanted to mention, the shift indicator only light up when in reverse, also the P lights up when brake on. But the green Neutral and H and L does not light up. Is there a fuse for this? This all happened while sitting in the garage. I've looked to see
if rodents had chewed and no sign of that. It misses while in neutral the same as going down the road. I took the air cleaner completely out and no difference.

    Thanks,
    Larry

Just wanted to let you guys know what the problem was, yes was because I found it and fixed it.
It was a rodent problem, looks like a mouse chewed thru 3 wires just under the center console. I repaired them and it runs like a champ.
