grew up near WIND ROCK...before utv/atv park developed. One of my best friends (now Passed), who was land manager of company that owned the property...came up with "park ". He and I would ride up to an old "strip pit", circa late '90's, sit there overlooking 'high wall' of pit, with adult beverages and discuss his plans....Man-o-Man, I know he's watching what his idea turned into.
