my buddy uses a box fan and furnace filters to dry them, I have never seen them picked

we use 55 gal garbage cans with holes drilled in the bottom. stack it on another one with a 600 CFM fan plumbed in it and let it run. run 2 of those set ups at once.

Nice. I still pick em by hand. it goes fast. and smells good too! what variety are they?

Yes they do smell good did 30 bines today. zuse and cascade

That will make some good beer! What styles you going to be brewing?
I went a little over board. I grow my old malting barley, malt it mill it and grow my own hops. Yeast is the only thing I don't do myself. Done a couple limbic brews but not one of my favorite ones.
