^^^...night shift...he should have felt the difference in how it was driving tho . Most times , driving a truck is one of the most boring jobs you'll ever do...especially off road...repetition makes you lose focus. When I was driving full time, smart phones were only a figment of the imagination ; but , there were still other distractions...fm , cb etc. I backed in one night at the dock , and had 55 ton of coal in the wagon standing straight in the air...forgot to open the tailgate because I was bs'n on the radio. Luckily , I didn't flop over. I am by no means "taking" up for the driver...just saying , it is VERY EASY to lose focus...y'all see how many times you get distracted on the drive home today.
