Quiet but not so quiet morning in Wyoming. Brewis one, elk zero. Thoughts and prayers too all who are effected by the storms down south.

east coast guys that have not had a chance to try elk, you wont look at whitetail the same. After living out west for 12 years whitetail is now my 3rd choice for large game.
    1.) elk 2.) speed goat 3.) whitetail

But it all taste good when properly cared for.

I had Elk a few times when i went on a trip to CO several years ago and was dam good..... Bear not so good but ate it anyhow. The one thing i havent had that i have always wanted to try was Moose but we kind of have a shortage of them in Ohio lol. Old guy that used to live next to me had a hunting cabin somewhere up in Canada that he used to go to several years ago and hunt moose and always said that was his favorite out of everything he has tried.
